Refund Policy

VentureIQ India sells digital, AI-generated feasibility reports and subscription access to those reports. Because the reports are delivered instantly and consumed digitally, refunds are limited and offered only in the cases below. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment to razorpay.me/@thinkio.
1. Eligible refunds
- Duplicate payment for the same report or subscription — full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Payment successful at Razorpay but plan/credit not activated within 24 hours and not resolved by support — full refund.
- Confirmed technical failure on our side that prevents the report from being generated or viewed even once.
2. Non-refundable cases
- Report has already been viewed, downloaded or shared.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis, score, recommendations or estimates — the free preview (score + executive summary) is provided so you can evaluate quality before paying.
- Subscription periods that have already started (monthly / yearly unlimited) — these are non-cancellable for the active term.
- 5-Pack credits that have been partially consumed.
- Errors in user-supplied input (wrong city, wrong capital, wrong category, etc.).
3. How to request a refund
Email support.prekshaa@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with: registered email, Razorpay payment reference / UTR, date of payment, amount, and reason. We respond within 3 business days and eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without first contacting support may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of unused credits / subscription days.
