1. About the service
VentureIQ India ("we", "us") provides AI-generated feasibility reports, evaluation tools and decision-support content for entrepreneurs, MSMEs, students and investors in India. Reports are produced by large-language-model systems using the inputs you supply plus publicly available reference data.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, generating a report, or making a payment, you accept these guidelines, the Refund Policy, and applicable Indian law.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Reports for minors (e.g. children's coaching ideas) must be created and paid for by a parent or guardian.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the reports or platform.
- Do not impersonate others or submit false KYC / payment information.
- Do not use the platform to plan or evaluate activities prohibited under Indian law.
5. Nature of the report — important disclaimer
All numbers, schemes, loans, scores and recommendations are AI-generated estimates and references for educational and planning purposes only. They are not investment, legal, tax, medical or professional advice. Always verify with a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, lawyer or domain expert before making financial, regulatory or career decisions.
6. Payments
All payments are processed via Razorpay at razorpay.me/@thinkio. After payment, share the Razorpay reference / UTR with support.prekshaa@gmail.com along with your registered email so we can activate the plan or unlock the report within 24 hours. Pricing is in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or are linked to payment fraud / chargeback abuse.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, design, prompts, scoring models and brand are owned by VentureIQ India. Reports generated for you are licensed for your own personal or internal business use. Public redistribution, white-labelling or resale requires written permission.
9. Privacy
We store the inputs you provide and the generated reports against your account. We do not sell personal data. Email support.prekshaa@gmail.com to request data export or deletion.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these guidelines from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page. Disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
